Kuan-Yin’s consciential message

(Spiritual Tips about Maturity and Conscience)
Recently, during a Lázaro Freire’s class at IPPB (Bioenergetic and Projectiological Research Institute), an extraphysical helper gave me some nice tips. It all happened while Lázaro was conducting a creative visualization and energy catching practice with the group. I was also with my eyes closed, doing the exercise with the group, when I saw the helper. Later, when the exercise finished, I asked Lázaro for permission to share her tips with all of them. Below follows the transcription of what was passed on to everyone on that happy night, the fruit of the consciential explanatory work done with discernment, love and happiness.
- Folks, I was there behind, doing the same exercise as you, and during it, some words sprang up in my mind, by the normal mental process, and I started to think, “as soon as I get home I’ll write a text, or in a little while I’ll sit and write”. However, the words kept on repeating in my mind and I realized that the flow of words that was coming in was not mine, but was coming from outside. Then, I tried to concentrate a bit more on what I was doing, and suddenly I saw a Chinese entity, that reminded me of the goddess Kuan-Yin, and he (Lázaro) was playing a Tibetan mantra. She was there, moving her little hands and emanating gentle energies… So calmly, lovingly! In one of her hands she was carrying a little jar emanating blessings, the way a helper does when personifying a particular egregora.
The idea that came from her, which is difficult to format right now, was more or less the following:
- “Don’t expect understanding from others, be understanding yourself,
- Don’t expect to be happy by the presence of a beloved person in your life; be happy only because you exist, independently of anyone.
- Don’t expect that a heavenly savior will come to rescue your soul, just evolve and grow, so that you get saved from your own ignorance.
- Don’t expect forgiveness from anybody, be forgiveness yourself.
- Don’t expect anyone to apologize to you, be apology yourself.
- Don’t expect death to come to prove that you’ll live after it; use discernment and know that now!
- Don’t wait for life to pass you by so that you pass without understanding anything.
Each moment is important, each life is important, and anything you learn is important; that’s why it’s really important to live and value this current existence, which has to be the best of all existences, independently of previous lives.
Whatever you may have been in the past is over… If you were Hitler or Buddha, it doesn’t matter. What matters is this life, and may you be happy here and now, without ever depending on anything (or anyone) outside yourself.
And all the transformation that you want to occur, be this transformation yourself, instead of asking for a transformation outside yourself, from others, from the world or whatever.
Whatever happens in your life, no matter what, somebody’s arrival, or their departure, don’t depend on this to light up your discernment. Independently of who arrives or leaves, it’s you who are in there, and, throughout eternity, you’ll be accompanied by yourself, all the time. Then, if tomorrow, or in other lives, you want to be well accompanied, start to grow now, so that you keep yourself good company, always.
That’s it, more or less!

Extraphysical Helpers’ Enlightened Notes
(Dissolving Shadows, from within and from the outside)
1- Ill-intentioned emanations are a real delight to the dark-side spirits, which enrich themselves in them. They vibrate on the evil waves and associate with mankind through them; first in their thought, later in their free will dominion, and finally, in the invisible command of the careless minds that gave them shelter.
2- It urges that Earth’s mankind take effective action against the shadows’ psychic harassment, starting by the psychic expurgation of their own wicked thoughts and by the attainment of healthy and salutary acts.
3- On changing the psychic pattern, the vibrations change. When a man changes internally, the outside world changes by direct repercussion. On changing the energy patterns, the corresponding extraphysical companies change too.
4- When thoughts search for the Light, energies change for the better, and the shadows’ agents do not put up with them. Thus, it is extremely important for the spiritual workers to lift their thoughts, mainly at times of drama and ups and downs. It is vital to keep serenity and common sense in their objectives and attitudes.
5- Keeping the peace light on in one’s own spirit is not an easy task. It requires continuous efforts and exercising of patience, together with a strong determination not to be taken by the inferior emotions. It’s an amazing task for the strong of spirit, ready for the great climbing of wisdom, through the psychic mountain chains of oneself, towards the high summits of that peace that does not belong to this world.
6- There are lots of tormented spirits stuck to the evil cloak that many men carry without knowing it. They are “shadows carrying shadows”, by similarities of harmful purposes.
7- It is necessary to beat the spiritual inertia!8- Some dark-side spirits use shady artifacts shaped by their sickly minds in the Low Astral energies. They install this psychic equipment on the victim’s aura, notably on the head area, the acting area of the coronary and frontal chakras, in order to obscure the normal mental process and instill negative ideas, besides blocking the passage of celestial energies that stimulate more elevated thoughts and the healthy dynamics of the psyque.
In order to avoid such ominous influence, it is recommended the exercising of prayer and daily meditation, within the time availability of each one. Another effective measure is the dilatation of the head’s aura, by the power of will, expanding the golden yellow light, inside out, forming a bright halo around, breaking up the harmful mental forces and the nasty artifacts.
9- “Pray and Watch”, taught two millenniums ago by sweet Jesus, is still the best remedy against pernicious spiritual influences.
10- The worst evil is not the one that comes from the outside, but the one that springs from the heart of man himself. One attracts the other naturally. The outside shadows like the shadows within.
11- If men could see the effect of their dense thoughts in the invisible space around themselves, they would certainly get ashamed of the psychic pollution they generate. Moreover, if they saw their “energetic remains” being consumed by extraphysical executioners that feed on their immaturity, they would get amazed. Perhaps, only then would they be capable of changing something in their minds.
12- The minds stuck in the quagmire of wicked thoughts will never understand the high flights of the peaceful consciences.
13- The desire of revenge is a poison for mankind, but a delicacy for the shadows that feed on the evil engendered by it.
14- May the spiritual students and workers get aware of the responsibility and importance of their spiritual activities (individual and collective). The radiation of positive thoughts and salutary energies has the power to dissolve the thick layers that involve the invisible space around the world. This minimizes the influence of disembodied shadows that the incarnated people carry inside.
15- How are men of good will taught “Peace and Light” at the Superior Astral schools?
PS: May these consciential notes alert the spiritual students and workers who let themselves get engulfed by the frivolity and heavy emotions. May they consider, with caution and coherence, the ways they have been stepping and beat the inertia that hinders their creative potential.
