Live with Integrity, Connected with the Divine

Living with balance, harmony and integrity, it is necessary, more than everything, to know the miscellany of principles and values that we are constituted (made)… This means to know which are the most important values for ourselves and live constantly with and in them.
To integrate a value in itself, every person need to activate their interior communication by using the same method that they used when they create an efficient dialogue, e.d:
1) Listening with affection – concentrating all your attention on the other, without premeditated ideas, for not assimilate only the speech’s contents of the other, but also the feelings of that moment.
2) To take an interest – Do not “filter” the speech of the other through our own reality and remake it out that it fits to our own reality.
3) Have disposition to receive and share – if we don’t understand and we don’t deal with the real emotions of other people, which establishes their own reality, we aren’t truly communicating with .
4) First, try to understand and only after that, being understood.
To open to the one’s heart, be yourself, deliberately honest, brings lots of security, because nobody has nothing to discover about you since as you aren’t hiding anything neither of yourself. The only way to be truly invulnerable it being vulnerable. The vulnerability is a solid mechanism of defence, because nobody laugh of you, if you are laughing of yourself. Usually which are confusing us on that way, is that, sometimes we are our own enemy and judge, bringing up our worst verdicts and judgements
When we are connected with the Divine, on the way which is better for us, we feel in first place, love for ourselves in our hearts since we recognize the divine spark of which we were made, “as God’s image and similarity”.
A good sign that we are really connected, is to understand our own indulgence, care and love are firstly directed to ourselves before to overflow to the neighbour’s heart. Because we are really kind and feeders of the others if we are plenty of love, tolerance and mercy. After all, we only give what we have and we only give well without hoping anything when we live in plenty.
The most important messages that we can give to the others, are the values and our integrity. Living with integrity must be our most elevated ideal, otherwise we’ll lost the best and most important part of our character and… after all where can we find another one like us?

VIVER COM INTEGRIDADE, CONECTADA COM O DIVINO
Para um viver equilibrado, harmonioso e integrado é necessário antes de tudo conhecer o mosaico de princípios e valores de que somos constituídos... Isto significa saber quais os valores mais importantes para você e aplicá-los constantemente na sua vida.
Para integrar um valor em si mesmo, todo indivíduo precisa ativar a comunicação interior usando o mesmo método que usa quando cria um diálogo eficiente, i.é:
1) Ouvindo com simpatia – concentrando sua atenção no outro, sem idéias preconcebidas, para não apenas assimilar o conteúdo do que o outro fala, mas tb seus sentimentos naquele momento.
2) Sentir interesse – não filtrar o que o outro diz através de nossa própria realidade e reinterpretá-lo de forma que se adapte à nossa realidade pessoal.
3) Ter disposição para receber e compartilhar – se não entendemos e não lidamos com as verdadeiras emoções das outras pessoas, o que constitui sua própria realidade, não nos comunicamos verdadeiramente com ela.
4) Primeiro procure entender e só depois ser entendido.
Abrir-se para o outro; ser você deliberadamente honesto traz muita segurança, pois ninguém tem nada a descobrir de você já que você mesmo a princípio não esconde nada nem de você mesmo. A única forma de ser realmente invulnerável é ficar vulnerável. A vulnerabilidade é um sólido mecanismo de defesa, pois ninguém ri de vc, se vc estiver rindo de você mesmo.
O que geralmente nos atrapalha nesse caminho é que muitas vezes nós somos o nosso pior inimigo e juiz, trazendo à tona as nossas piores sentenças e julgamentos.
Quando nos conectamos com o Divino, da forma que melhor nos convém, sentimos primeiramente em nossos corações o Amor por nós mesmos, pois reconhecemos a centelha divina da qual fomos feitos, “à imagem e semelhança”.
Um bom sinal de que estamos realmente conectados é perceber se nossa tolerância, cuidado e amor estão primeiramente direcionadas a nós mesmos antes de transbordarem para o coração do próximo. Pois só somos realmente misericordiosos e nutridores dos outros se antes transbordarmos de amor, tolerância e misericórdia. Afinal só se dá o que se tem, e só se dá bem sem esperar nada em troca quando se tem em abundância.
As mensagens mais importantes que podemos transmitir aos outros são nossos valores e nossa integridade. Viver com integridade deve constituir nosso ideal mais elevado, senão perderemos a melhor e mais importante parte de nosso caráter e... afinal, onde se poderá encontrar outro igual a nós mesmos?
