The true devil: Ignorance.

True devil doesn’t have a big tail, or horns. He’s not red, nor walks along with any trident. But he sticks as no one can, especially when he uses people’s self-guilt as a common mean to his occult sticks. He acts inside the occult shades of the ego, always stimulating extreme reactions, even those disguised as fair causes, or apparently full of rational content. He likes hatred-hardened hearts and pride obscured minds.
True devil didn’t create any hell, because he has already found it, shaped inside the many consciences full of guilt and fear. And, to his own surprise, he found that this so-called hell is not a place, but a state of mind, kept by them. And more: he found that this place is not hot. On the contrary, it shows a shadowy and cold weather, without the heat of light and without the strength of happiness.
As you can see, hell is a state of mind and the devil is not a bad entity, apart from the human being, not even a being created by God. Not really! True devil is called ignorance and people love him, especially fundamentalists of any kind, be it religious, scientist or spiritualist, which are just the ones who best spread him.
This is the devil that must be exorcized from men: ignorance, under any of its manifestations.
